Senior Solutions Architect, Network Security

Our client, a network detection and response (NDR) cybersecurity vendor, is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect for its post-sales architecture team. You will tackle customers' hardest network, application and security problems, build custom tooling on the platform and turn what you learn into product improvements. The team measures success by customer outcomes, not billable hours.

• Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks, and design strategies to capture high-value wire data.
• Develop advanced dashboards, trigger scripts and REST API integrations on the platform.
• Profile industry-specific applications and create technical assets for product and marketing teams.
• Lead root cause analysis on high-profile technology problems and advise customers on resolution.
• Build custom tools in Python and JavaScript to extend the platform.

• Several years in solutions architecture, sales engineering or senior network and security engineering roles.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, packet analysis and application protocols.
• Scripting and development in Python and JavaScript, including REST APIs.
• Understanding of application design and enterprise infrastructure.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.

• Experience with NDR, SIEM or network performance monitoring products.
• Industry vertical experience such as healthcare, finance or government.
