• Job Seekers: You may create a candidate profile, upload your resume, and apply for roles.
• Employers/Recruiters: You may create a company account, post jobs, and view candidate profiles.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Platform Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful recruitment and job-seeking purposes. You may not:

• Post false or misleading information (jobs, resumes, company details).
• Use the Services for spam, scams, or unauthorized data collection.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of the platform.

4. Job Postings & Content

• Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of job postings (including wage transparency, non-discrimination, and equal opportunity requirements).
• Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their resumes and profile content.
• By submitting content, you grant Bluu Kazi a limited license to display and share it within the platform and with relevant users for recruitment purposes.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable Services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Fees & Payments

Candidate accounts are free. Employer accounts may include free and paid plans (e.g., Featured Employer, Promoted Jobs). All fees are displayed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, and platform features are owned by or licensed to Bluu Kazi. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to Section 3 above, you may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, discriminate against, or exploit others.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Bluu Kazi is not an employer and does not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
• We do not verify every candidate, employer, or job listing. Users are responsible for due diligence.
• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluu Kazi is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bluu Kazi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Termination does not limit our right to pursue legal remedies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
