Systems Administrator - Windows (Mid-Level)

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and login scripts across production domains.
• Maintain Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage VMware infrastructure, virtual desktops, and enterprise endpoints.
• Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, access management, and security hardening.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration, monitoring, and reporting.
• Maintain STIG compliance and support NIST 800-53 audits and evidence collection.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and participate in on-call support.

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Windows system administration experience.
• Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP administration skills.
• Practical PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with patching, vulnerability management, and Windows Server security.
• Working knowledge of VMware and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• For cleared roles, active clearance and citizenship requirements may apply.

Nice to have

• MECM/SCCM, WSUS, Certificate Authority, and PXE/imaging experience.
• Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Azure or hybrid Windows infrastructure experience.
• Microsoft certifications or Security+ CE.
